FAYNO QUIZ: 87 teams at offline events and +339 followers

FaynoQuiz is an organization that runs offline quizzes and corporate events (online/offline).
Task
Increase the number of regular players at offline events from 30 to 60+, bring in new teams and raise brand awareness (followers, page activity).
Our solution
We decided to focus on the Kyiv branch: deliver a strong result and then scale the approach to other European branches (in particular Warsaw).
Since the website wasn’t yet ready to receive leads, we chose the objectives Direct messages and leads via a Facebook lead form — this gave contact details for further processing and selling the service. In parallel, to grow activity and followers, we launched traffic campaigns with video creatives explaining the format, duration and locations of the games.
Result
Thanks to engaging creatives and the right offers, over two months of cooperation we brought over 80 teams to the games, most of which became regular guests of FaynoQuiz. In parallel we got +339 followers at a cost well under $1, with a budget of about $150 for this direction.
