SPECPROM: a steady flow of sales in the tactical-gear niche
Ukraine's #1 brand for military gear and tactical clothing.
Task: Replace the previous contractor and reach a steady volume with ROAS above 550%, and raise brand awareness.
SPECPROM is one of the leaders of the Ukrainian military-gear and tactical-clothing market. This is a sensitive niche with its own moderation and audience specifics, so by agreement with the client we do not disclose exact figures. But we can show in detail what we did and why.
Task
The client came to us with active but ineffective campaigns from a previous contractor. We needed to:
- replace the contractor without a drop in sales during the transition;
- reach a steady volume with ROAS above 550%;
- strengthen brand awareness in a highly competitive niche.
Our solution
Working in a sensitive niche requires care with moderation and clear positioning.
- A soft transition. We didn’t switch off the old campaigns abruptly — we moved the budget gradually to keep sales going during the transition.
- Content for moderation. We reworked the creatives so they passed moderation while still conveying the product’s value — reliability and readiness for real conditions.
- Audience segmentation. We split the civilian and professional segments with different messages.
- Focus on trust. In a niche where the cost of a mistake is high, the key is the sense of the brand’s reliability — that’s what we built the communication around.
In sensitive niches, the winner isn’t the one who shouts loudest, but the one who earns trust.
How we worked
We started with a test period to understand which «audience — creative» pairings get the best response, and only then scaled the working hypotheses. We paid special attention to stability: in this niche it’s important not just to launch, but to keep campaigns running without bans.
Result
The brand got a steady, predictable flow of orders, and the transition from the previous contractor happened without losing sales. The exact metrics are under NDA, but the dynamics let the client confidently plan purchasing and scaling.
