Our solution

  • Geo — Astana and Almaty, where the repair workshops are located. Audience — men aged 25–60 from the utilities, construction and agricultural sectors who need hydraulic-cylinder repair for their own or corporate machinery.
  • The client offered favorable terms (free delivery across the country, cash and cashless payment, prices lower than original spare parts) — we put exactly these advantages at the center of the creatives.
  • We created static and video creatives demonstrating the process of repairing and assembling hydraulic cylinders in the brand style. The video format performed best.
  • We additionally launched a campaign with a lead form, to reach more clients through a different optimization.

Result

When the client was no longer satisfied with the price and quality of leads, we tested WhatsApp chats — a channel very popular in the region. This let us cut the cost per lead almost in half, while lead quality rose significantly. After finding the effective method, we continued scaling to increase the number of leads and the client’s profit.
