Task
Increase brand awareness on social media and the number of clinic bookings.
Our solution
At first the client came for consultation and surgery leads. We developed a strategy, compiled a list of key surgeries to highlight, wrote the copy and created creatives (static and video). To collect leads we chose a lead form and Instagram chats.
The lead form gave expensive and unstable leads, while Direct gave cheap but very low-quality ones. So the client decided to fully switch the objective to gaining followers and developing the Instagram account.
- Daily budget — $25, on average 5–6 posts to promote videos of surgery processes.
- Launches — via Business Suite (cost per traffic is lower than in Ads Manager), objective — «Instagram profile visits».
- We ran into posts being blocked (Facebook strictly moderated open elements of surgeries) — the client re-uploaded the videos with sensitive moments blurred, and the promotion continued.
Result
For the medical niche we achieved an excellent result: +7,289 new followers at UAH 33.78 each. The conclusion was confirmed — if the goal is to develop the account, you can get cheap followers given regular engaging content, and video works better than static.
