TOP TREND (Meta): 3,979 leads from Poland within the KPI
A product business in Poland: home and garden goods, appliances, tools, auto and cosmetics.
TOP TREND entered the Polish market with home and garden goods, appliances, tools and related categories. We ran the promotion through Meta (Facebook / Instagram).
Task
Get as many leads from Poland as possible, keeping the cost per lead no higher than UAH 250 per month for each product.
Our solution
- Seasonal + neutral products. First we took the best-selling and seasonal items to earn «here and now», while in parallel launching neutral products that steadily deliver leads out of season.
- Broad reach. Due to high competition in the Facebook auction (the client had previously worked with several agencies), we launched campaigns with a large number of ad groups on a broad audience — to cover the maximum of internal segments and find the best ones.
- Look-a-Like 1–5%. Audiences similar to those who had already completed the target action delivered the most precise result. We tested retargeting, but it didn’t meet expectations — we dropped it.
- Video creatives with voiceover and subtitles performed best; static gave a more expensive lead.
Result
After reaching the KPI, we scaled the working campaigns by 20–30% every 2–3 days. We didn’t switch off underperforming campaigns right away — first we lowered the budget or restarted them, which often brought them back into play. The result — a steady flow of leads within the target cost.
