Task
Increase sales with a clear KPI: ROAS of at least 4.
Our solution
After analyzing the account, we concluded that the better option was running ads to the website with the «sales» objective. The history showed that previous specialists had worked with Direct, but lead quality was low and the cost per sale too high.
To get a good ROAS at the start, we chose a few best-selling products and focused on three groups:
- collars that glow in the dark;
- waterproof collars;
- a general creative for the whole WAUDOG range.
We split the budget between cold traffic and retargeting with a minimal budget, to bring back those who didn’t buy on the first touch by offering a more attractive deal (a discount, a promo, free delivery).
Result
The pairing we found delivered steady results: 730 sales from the site, $8,937 in revenue from ads and an average ROAS of 513% — significantly above the target KPI. The client received daily reporting and a detailed report every two weeks.
